We developed the TSX UCA on our endurance race car for the past year and proven the design works. Read testing/development journey on the bottom tab/link.
BB6 arms general specs (subject to revision):
☆ Drag or Track arm option
☆ Sealed pillow ball bushings
☆ Built-in -2.5 camber
☆ Built-in +4 caster
☆ Low profile balljoint for adjustable camber -2.5 to -5
☆ More shocktower clearance over square plate ball joint design
☆ Steel spacers for adjustable caster +5.5 to +6.5
Note: Additional caster adjustment can be achieved by adjusting traction bar radius arm IF you have spherical bearing on the LCA
☆ 1020 steel construction
☆ Zinc Chromate plating
☆ TIG weld by AWS D17 aerospace certified welder
☆ Drag UCA option will have built-in +1 camber so that adjustable balljoint will have range of +1 to -2 camber based off ride height.
Caster values will be +5.5 to +6.5. This will help with high speed stability & self centering steering.
☆ These will NOT work on SH models
