We offer a couple different services for the S2000/F-Series platform depending on what your goals are and what you use the car for. The baffle service can be provided without powder coating as well. This works out great if you already had your cover powder coated or plan to coat it yourself after the baffle service.
Option 1: CNC OEM Baffle Service
This option is for the folks just looking to refresh their OEM cover and want that peace of mind. If your car never sees the track, but will make it out to a local meet or show, this option is for you.

- Baffle installed with RTV on mating surfaces and threadlocker on hardware
Option 2: CNC Track Mod Service
If you track your S2000 then at one point you've probably experienced a huge cloud of blue smoke trailing your car in certain corners. This is due to an accumulation of oil on top of the baffle that's making its way into the engine via the PCV and vent tube. The OEM baffle just doesn't drain the oil quickly enough. With the Track Mod Service, the OEM baffle is completely replaced with a custom baffle with drain-back provisions to combat excessive oil consumption. It's worth mentioning that this option is perfectly fine for street cars as well! It'll set you up perfectly for when you're ready to rip some laps on track! It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

"Up-Front" Core Exchange
Most of the time, we have valve covers in stock that have already been stripped and had the baffle service performed. When a customer places an order, we take a cover that's in stock and proceed with powder coating and the remaining CNC processes. During this time, the customer would ship their core cover to us. As soon as the new cover is done and the core cover arrives, the new cover ships out to the customer. This reduces the down time tremendously as both functions are occuring at the same time. Plus this eliminates any kind of core charge to the customer.
Cores will only be accepted if:
- It is "an apples to apples" exhange.
- Ex: AP1 for AP1, not AP1 for AP2
- It is completely stock with no prior modifications
- It is not damaged
- Dirty, oily, or flaking finish is acceptable
- The cover cannot be cracked, gouged, missing chunks, etc
