Tow Hook/Strap Integration

There are several options to choose from when integrating tow hooks or straps to your Doryoku bumper bar. Whether they're proprietary hooks welded to your bar or a bracket or bung to bolt a tow strap or hook of your choosing to your bumper bar, Doryoku has several solutions to meet your needs.

Option 1: Hidden Universal Tow Strap Bracket

This option includes a welded bracket that can be placed anywhere on the bumper bar. You can locate it on the passenger side, driver side, or even the center of the bar. This bracket allows you to bolt on universal tow straps of your choosing. Please note that depending on your bumper setup, you may have to make a horizontal slit in the front bumper cover to feed the strap through. 

Option 2: Extended Single or Dual Tow Hooks

This tow hook option is welded directly to the bumper bar and extends past the bumper plane. This provides easy access to the tow hooks and also makes strapping the car down to the trailer or dyno a breeze. These tow hooks also have an M8 through hole that can be used to mount splitter rods. Minimal cutting of the bumper is required for the tow hooks to clear. This area isn't visible since it's deep in the bumper and hidden well by the tow hook itself. 

Option 3: Recessed CNC M12 Tow Bung

This option is common on todays modern cars such as the S2000, FRS/BRZ, Porsche, and more. If your particular chassis has this provision from the factory, the bung will be integrated into your bumper bar automatically in the OEM location. This way, you can continue to access the bung through the OEM bumper plug/cover. You also have the option of moving it to to center, passenger, or driver side of the bar (depending on where your OE bung is located). If your chassis doesn't have this option from the factory, you can still select this option to be integrated to your bar. Please note that you will likely need to cut a hole into your bumper to access the bung.
