Oil Cooler Mounting Options
In addition to the various customizable options we offer on our bumper bars, we've made it extremely easy for you to mount any of the most popular coolers on the market. From Koyo, Setrab, Mishimoto, and various Ebay/Amazon brands; this clean, functional, and exceptionally durable bracket makes installing coolers a breeze when utilizing the mounting pucks!
Option 1: Universal Bracket
Many brackets on the market are constructed of aluminum and although lightweight, they tend to be on the flimsier side and can crack over time after being exposed to high vibration and high stress environments. That's why we opted for a 14 gauge steel material and then zinc plated for additional corrosion protection. Sacrificing a few ounces of additional weight for a more durable material was an easy compromise in our books. The universal design offers two levels of height adjustment and slots for lateral adjustability to suit your needs.
Option 2: Chassis-Specific Bracket
On EF Civic and CRX models, oil cooler brackets are custom fit to these setups as a result of a built-in bumper support bracket. Instead of bolting onto the universal mounting pucks, this oil cooler bracket bolts directly to the bumper support bracket, resulting in a clean and rigid install.
