This is especially true when Honda designed the bumper to bolt onto the OEM bumper beam. When replacing the OEM bumper beam with Doryoku lightweight tubular bar, the bumper cover loses the mounting tabs under the headlights. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDepending on the condition of the bumper cover \u0026amp; chassis, some cars covers may exhibit more bumper sag\/gap under the headlights. See photos of 2 clients, both have tubular bar with dual hooks\/splitter rods but one has more bumper sag than the other.
